• Risks, and disaster management, among others in the context of climate change, adaptation and mitigation mainly in the urban spaces of the ‘global south’
• Social vulnerability and food security, urban green infrastructure, ‘nature-based solutions (NBS)’
• The right to cities and social justice under the conditions of critical changes to the environment and rapid social transformation
